Here at The Welder's Dog Brewery we have revived centuries old methods to create our Farmhouse Ginger Beer. Gently soured with a wild Lactobacillus culture, then undergoing a 100% natural fermentation using a neutral yeast. With it being gluten free, and nearly 5kg of fresh Australian ginger added in each keg, we believe we are the only commercial ginger beer in Australia (the World?) that is using these farmhouse methods. Better still, we are a small independent operation in Regional NSW, Armidale.
