Join global sustainability innovator Professor Jay Friedlander for a practical opportunity to transform your workplace – and your world.

Presented by CQUniversity’s Office of Social Innovation, Sustainable Futures: Real Strategies for People, Planet, Profit is a series of workshops and events featuring a global leader in sustainability, innovation and social impact.

Across a dynamic two-hour workshop, participants will build skills to systemically and strategically embed the UN Sustainable Development Goals across their operations.

Professor Jay Friedlander (Sharpe-McNally Chair of Green and Socially Responsible Business at College of the Atlantic) is setting the global agenda around sustainable business including in the non-profit space.

An early founder of sustainable business programs in the US, Prof Friedlander created the business design model Abundance Cycle, featured as a solution to the climate crisis by Stanford Social Innovation Review.

CQUniversity and VLGA invite local government leaders and changemakers to join this dynamic workshop as Prof Friedlander shares processes to embed impactful sustainability, remove barriers preventing innovation, transform waste streams and realise latent value within organisations.
