Meet the Brewers Beergustation Dinner

On Sunday, 8th March Club Sapphire will be holding a Meet The Brewers Beergustation Dinner in the Rockpool Cafe from 6.30pm. This is in association with Eat Merimbula. Featuring local brewers & local food there will be 5 courses with beers matched to each meal. There is also the opportunity to meet the local brewers. Tickets are $95 + booking fee. 1. Broadwater Oysters (Pambula) with Disaster Bay Tabasco OR Mirin, cucumber & shallot
Grilled Tassie Scallop w' almond skordalia & fennel salsa
2. Lebanese Lamb w' wild greens, ladies fingers, hummus, pickles & pomegranate dressing
3. Coconut crumbed Eden Flathead Taco w' soft tortilla, sugarloaf slaw, roast garlic aioli, Disaster Bay chipotle, tomato & coriander salsa
4. Free Range red cooked pork belly, purple yam, green papaya & pickled papaya w' palm sugar glaze
5. Butternut Pumpkin Roman Gnocchi w' gorganzola sauce, foraged green leaf, aged balsamic & pecorino 
6. After Dinner Mint Slice
